Our interview process is designed to be a thoughtful, two-way experience that gives us the opportunity to get to know you while giving you the chance to truly get to know Apricot. Throughout four purposeful stages, 1) you’ll connect with our hiring team, 2) meet the hiring manager, 3) show us how you think through a role-related project, and 4) join us in our OKC office to meet more of the team. By the end, our goal is simple: for both you and Apricot to feel confident about whether this is the right fit.
